Our Día de los Muertos celebration will commence Saturday, October 27 from 11:00am to 4:00pm. This event is part of the City of Des Plaines’ annual “Halloween Hoopla.” All members of the public are welcome to paint sugar skulls, create papel picado/perforated paper decorations, and view the vibrant paintings by Latino artists on display. $3/sugar skull, entrance to event is free.
