Going Green at the History Center: Celebrate Global Recycling Day

This event, in recognition of Global Recycling Day, will include a lesson and art project with the focus of reduce, reuse, and recycle. It will be an opportunity to create treasure from trash complete with a recycled art competition! All children ages 5 to 12 and their families are welcome to attend and enjoy nature crafts and activities. While this event is open to all families, Girl Scouts in particular are welcome to attend as part of the “Daisy Petal, Use Resources Wisely” achievement.
