Des Plaines History Center

Sue Fritzler joined the Des Plaines chapter of the genealogy group, the Questers in 1982 and served as the group's recording secretary for one year.  At the time, the group held its meetings in the Kinder House museum.  She also worked with the Historical Society as a docent and assisted during many special events.

Later, Sue served as a Historical Society board member for one year, during which she was involved with the Sally Wallman art exhibit and workshop.

In 1993, she became the Historical Society registrar, working closely with the museum curator.  After a brief retirement in 2003, Sue resumed her work as registrar in 2006.
